Wholesale Ordering Policies

1. Shop Owner Requirements - To ensure that only true retail shops are odering at wholesale price structure, the following information is required: Federal ID# or state sales tax number, name and address of shop, qwner/buyer name, telephone number, and e-mail address (optional). Additional information may be requested such as newsletter or brochure from shop, Web site address, and credit or bank references.
2. Purchasing Guidelines - Order may be placed by phone 877-381-0998, FAX 888-381-0212, cell 402-525-1225 or e-mail at info@eaglepatterndepot.com. Orders placed by phone will be handled during normal business hours. FAX or e-mail orders can be made at any time. Wholesale orders are net 30 days. Shops that consistently fail to pay in a timely fashion will be required to order with a credit card. Any quantity of a single pattern design may be ordered.
3. Return Product Guideline - A return authorization must be obtained from Eagle Pattern Depot. The shop must call, FAX, or e-mail Eagle Pattern Depot within 10 days of the invoice date to receive authorization.
4. Out of Stock - If any product that you have ordered is out of stock, Eagle Pattern Depot will automatically place these items on back order. When the product is available we will contact you to see if you want us to ship the back order. Shipping of back orders, regardless of quantity, will be at our expense.
5. Shipping Guidelines - Order of $100.00 or more patterns/books will be shipped free through normal shipping channels. Shops requesting faster shipment will be charged the additional cost of shipping.
6. International Purchases - You must meet all of the Shop Owner Requirments listed above (see 1). All purchases must be made with a credit card payment. Shipping charges will be billed at our actual shipping and handling cost and added to your credit card.
